Our policy lasts 20 days or 7 days after delivery (whichever comes first). If this time has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Personalized Items including printed products:
We do not accept returns for any personalized gifts, whether purchased by you or someone else. We are not responsible for errors made in spelling submitted by the customer. Please confirm the spelling of your item before you place your order. These items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Personalized items may only be exchanged (not returned) if they are defective, or if we have made an error in spelling or product.
Blank or Non-Personalized Items:
We gladly accept exchanges of non-personalized products, within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
Additional non-returnable items:
You are welcome to email us at letsbench.com if you have questions about your product, before placing your order. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to personalized orders once they are placed, as they immediately are sent into production. NOTE: letsbench.com also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.
